Easter Bunny is coming tonight!
The wrapper is as shiny as gold.
My favourite ones are the little easter eggs.
They feel so smudgy and soft.
They taste delicious!

MVP

Congratulations to Asha who is Team Pukeko's MVP this week.  Asha demonstrates our learning value of Excellence.  Well done Asha!

Swimming lessons

Team Pukeko has been going to swimming lessons thanks to the MLT.  We have great instructors who are really helping us to become fantastic swimmers.

We  have been making  baskets ready for our Easter Eggs.  By Maddy

Shannon from the Steel netball team came to help out Team Pukeko with their Healthy Breakfast

It was fantastic when the Steel players came along to our Heatthy Breakfast

I  ate  Rice   bubbles  and   milk  .Shannon  from  the Steel  netball team  came  to help make our breakfast.  She told us how she keeps healthly by always having a healthy breakfast, exercising and getting lots of sleep.  We had  breakfast at school because we have been learning about being healthy and being a great learner.

Healthy Eating

We have been learning about eating healthy food so we can be a great learner. We need a healthy snack to fuel our brains!

2013 Goals

Our goals are on the wall and we are working hard to reach them.  We need to show our school values of persistence, excellence, self control and respect to reach them.

We are special

At the beginning of the year we made these 'people stories' to tell the class about ourselves.

Paige brought her adorable pup Mini into Team Pukeko to let us have a cuddle and pat.  I don't think she will  be a 'mini' pup for much longer!

We are great friends in Team Pukeko.
