Bob Bickerton

Today we went to see Bob Bickerton.  He played a variety of instruments and told us the story of Tom who worked on a whale boat in early NZ. through music.  The students thoroughly enjoyed the concert, especially the older children doing a folk dance!

Cross country

On Tuesday the LMV had their Cross country.  Awesome work Team Pukeko students, I was very proud of your persistence!

Bridge challenge

The Hippos reading group read the book 'The Impossible Bridge' and then they were given the challenge
to build a bridge out of one piece of paper.  Could you do it?

Mother's Day

I hope all the Mums had a wonderful Mother's Day.  We had a great time designing and making cards for you.

Cross Country

Remember to bring suitable footwear for cross-country practice.  Feet get quite wet and muddy so you really need some running shoes to change into at practise time. The LMV cross-country will be held in week three - 21st May so get running!!
