I wonder what we will see under the sea?

Under the sea I see....

We have been writing about what we might see under the sea.  Then we did pictures. They look cool!

Under the sea I see the Giant sharks chasing after the colourful fish.

Celebration time!

These wonderful people got certificates at celebration time today for great learning, birthdays and place getters at athletics! We'll done!

Swimming lessons

Today we had our first swimming sessions with Sarah and Michelle. They wanted to see what we could do so they could group us. We are swimming everyday until the end of the term!

First aid with Jo

Today Jo from St Johns came to talk to us about emergency services and what we might see in an ambulance. Doesn't Ammbie look flash painted in the new colours.

Poem art

Lauryn, Luke and Alyssa got voted our winners for their art they did in their poetry book about the 'sack race' poem - well done!

Celebration time

These wonderful students got certificates today at Celebration time for great learning. Luke and Maddison got certificates for being part of the winning team in the soccer tournament run by the student council.

Wow I think we have budding artists in Team Pukeko! Look at our amazing pencil sketches we did of crabs, starfish and shells!

Today we practiced sketching crabs as art of our visual art programme. We really concentrated hard on getting the size of our bodies and claws the correct size.
