Making cheese

Today we were very lucky to have Mrs Roy come in to make farmhouse cheese with us.  It was fasinating!  First we had to heat the milk to 75deg and then add lemon and buttermilk to make the mixture curdle.  We have to wait 2hours for the cheese to drain but luckily Mrs Roy had made some last night for us to try.  It was delicious!
