Arts@Edendale
Today the year 3 children were with Mrs Stanway for music and the year two children were with Mrs Robertson for drama.

Miss Todd is teaching in Team Pukeko for the next three weeks. This is her last posting before she graduates. We wish her the best of luck!

Visit from Fonterra
Today we had a visit from Mr Shepherd and Mr Tiller who are tanker drivers at Fonterra. They showed us a DVD about the milk process and we got to look around a tanker.

Stewart Island

Stags
Look who came to visit us at school today!
We had a visit from the Stag players Morgan, Craig and Nu.
Craig is Mrs Stanway's little brother!
They told us about their schooling, jobs they have and their favourite things about being a Stag player.

making ice-cream

This morning we got to taste the delicious creamy vanilla ice-cream we made. We gobbled it up really fast!
Making ice cream
Today we tried to make ice-cream in a bag! We put cream, sugar and vanilla in a plastic bag and then placed that bag in a bag of ice. We rolled and shook the bag to make ice cream. We are eating it tomorrow!
